1. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
During busy seasons, such as Eid, Christmas, and Black/White Friday, it may take up to 5 business days to process your order.
We appreciate your patience while we prepare your items.

2. What is your shipping policy?

We offer Free Premium Shipping for now. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but generally, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons. We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Amman, Jordan.

Note: Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties.

3. Do you offer refunds or exchange?
